- experience with procurement and trading in an e-commerce environment,
- analytical thinking and the ability to interpret sales and market data,
- strong negotiation and communication skills,
- organisation, accuracy, reliability and initiative,
- excellent English (spoken and written).
Your tasks:
- selecting and purchasing products for online sale,
- tracking orders and ensuring complete, on-time delivery,
- researching the market, forecasting trends and building an attractive product offer,
- working with the marketing department on pricing, promotion and seasonal campaign strategies,
- working with customer support and resolving any issues with orders,
- cooperating with suppliers, coordinating orders, ensuring an efficient supply chain and solving any logistics problems,
- finding new suppliers and new sales opportunities,
- negotiating prices to stay competitive and maintain profitability,
- regularly checking and ensuring product quality and compliance with the required legal standards,
- preparing the documents (dispositions) needed for import customs clearance,
- continuously improving and optimising processes,
- delivering efficient and cost-optimal solutions,
- other tasks within the role as directed by your manager.
