As our company grows and we expand our own e-commerce brands, we're looking for a specialist who understands how to build and scale a brand — from product and creative to profitable sales across international markets.
We're not just looking for a "Meta campaign manager", but someone who understands the entire e-commerce ecosystem and knows how to use performance marketing to build long-term brand growth.
About the company
In 7 years we've grown from 3 to a team of over 40, opened more than 15 EU markets — and we're still at the start of our journey. We build and develop our own brands, such as Nega Cosmetics, DogBarkode and others, and expand them into international markets.
We don't work for clients — we build our own brands. That means you're part of the whole story: from product development and ideas for expanding the range, to brand positioning, working with influencers, optimising funnels and expanding into new markets. Your main focus will be turning all of this into a strong, successful sales story through Meta ads.

Your responsibilities
Independently setting up Meta campaigns for our own e-commerce brands (a performance + growth approach)
Finding new opportunities to grow and expand sales in foreign markets
Actively contributing to ad concepts, hooks, UGC content and sales stories
Helping optimise funnels and improve the user experience
Analysing markets, competitors, trends and customer behaviour
Tracking key metrics and making data-driven decisions
Testing the latest trends and approaches to improve campaign results
Working with influencers, the creative team and other departments
Understanding the bigger picture — from product and brand to profitable sales and long-term brand growth
What we expect
Several years of experience with digital advertising and campaign management
Someone who thinks like a brand owner, not just a media buyer
A solid understanding of the e-commerce environment and the dynamics of online sales
A strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with data
Proactivity, independence and accountability
Excellent communication skills and fluent English
